Role Overview
The Gron Facility is looking for a High‑Voltage Logistics Coordinator for France. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage shipments until delivery to the customer
- Lead teams
- Improve processes and anticipate changes
- Contribute to cost optimisation
- Achieve expected results
- Oversee order management
- Assist the Head of Service
Requirements
- Minimum education level of BAC +3 in a field related to sales administration or supply chain
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a commercial, purchasing or logistics department in an industrial environment in similar roles
- Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomous and reactive, attentive to the customer service provided to internal and external customers
- Good levels of English and French
Your Contribution to the Success of Prysmian
- Assure that all steps are compliant with the planned schedule and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with managers to solve any divergence and guarantee timely delivery to customers
- Anticipate needs in finished goods and spare parts, contributing to meeting deadlines and improving flows
- Supervise the order book and production schedule
- Interface with logistics partners, testing, production, business and carriers
- Check and coordinate the supply of empty spare parts and compliance with forecasts
- Plan loading schedules and activity forecasts, including truck and crane reservations
- Ensure compliance with regulations (customs, import‑export, safety) and Incoterms
- Analyse failures and propose improvements
- Define the document policy and improve service (write procedures, develop dashboards)
- Monitor the project costs and implement corrective actions
- Respect customer order conditions and deadlines
Ideal Candidate
- Mastery of English and French
- Diploma / Baccalaureate
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the industry, logistics sector
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, objective orientation, ability to manage priorities in coordination with management
- Rapid learning capability and personal commitment
