Purpose of the job: The Retrofit Coordination Manager is in charge of organizing the whole process of retrofit, from the opening of a modification to the application on the last train. He/She synchronises activities of industrialization, purchasing of retrofit materials, application on the trains and quality, relying on the corresponding heads of departments. He/She is also in interface with Configuration Manager, in order to make sure that any changes is fully traceable from the start.
