Coordinateur maintenance GMAO F/H

Overview

Coordinate maintenance data management and ensure the coherence of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO/CMMS) and related maintenance tools. Serve as the interface between maintenance and Purchasing, Supply Chain, spare parts, and all supporting functions. Lead GMAO operations, provide reporting to the maintenance pole and sites, and ensure alignment with budgets through Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure consistency of the GMAO/CMMS data and other maintenance tools used as interfaces between maintenance and other functions (Purchasing, Supply Chain, spare parts, and supports).
• Coordinate regular GMAO activities with the pole teams and site personnel; act as the point of entry for coordination and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant references and deploy the maintenance policy within the tool; monitor progress and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Guarantee budget alignment through Maximo and lead diagnostics of tool anomalies and their evolution.
• Support users of these tools with ongoing training and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bac+2/3 in industrial maintenance with proven experience in Primary Production activities.
• Strong knowledge of the organization and computer tools: MAXIMO, PowerBI, Scheduler, eRonde, eMaintenance, Oracle, Most, Enov.
• Proficiency in office IT tools and a solid understanding of maintenance reference documents (GT, IT guide, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of equipment; organized, methodical, autonomous, and rigorous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, synthesis ability, and capacity to manage priorities and multiple interfaces (mechanics, instrumentation).
