Coordinateur maintenance

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to our site's performance.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures. You will work closely with your team to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.

You will be a proactive contributor to technical and continuous improvement projects. Your expertise will make you a technical resource for your team, supporting them in their skills development.

As a manager, you will ensure the smooth running of operations and compliance with quality, safety, and CMMS standards, while maintaining fluid communication with other departments (production, logistics, quality, etc.). You will conduct annual reviews and evaluations and ensure a calm, rigorous, and fair work environment.

You will monitor performance indicators, maintenance budgets, and 5S indicators. You will contribute to improving the department's organization by implementing measures to ensure equipment reliability and reduce response times.

Required Qualifications

• 2-year post-secondary education in maintenance
• Proven team management experience
• Natural leadership, autonomy, flexibility, methodical approach, and organizational skills
• Fluency in technical English (reading, writing, and speaking) and French speaking
