FAL Production Coordinator - Logistic Support (f/m)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL Production Coordinator - logistic support (f/m) to join our FAL A321 Logistic Unit 1 department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing the modernization strategy and ramp‑up of the A320 Family FAL. As part of the Unit 1 structural assembly logistics team, you will anticipate, coordinate and verify workstation supply to improve our logistics processes and distribution chain performance.

Your challenges

  • Anticipate missing parts in interface with the Supply Chain via shopfloor IT systems (PGI, PEA).
  • Coordinate standard and parasitic flows by resolving hardware anomalies (non‑conformities, missing parts, cannibalisation).
  • Escalate operational logistics issues promptly to the Production group to prevent impacts on serialization activities.
  • Manage work orders and control production pacing to secure short‑term material availability (MPS, PPC).
  • Lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives and secure shopfloor standards (AOS, 5S, Andon).

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in shopfloor logistics, production scheduling, or industrial material flow management.
  • Strong hands‑on command of industrial tracking ERP software such as PGI, SAP, PEA, ZZ80, or ZP Cockpit.
  • Substantial understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (push and pull flows) and shopfloor dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact within Autonomous Production Teams (EAP) and balance competing priorities under pressure.

Ability to work under a flexible production shift framework (2 × 8 shift work schedule).
