Coordinateur. Coordinatrice de vie sociale et culture (H/F)

Under the authority of the director, the coordinator of social and cultural life designs, develops and animates projects that promote social ties, resident participation, and access to culture. He/she contributes to strengthen the ability of the public to act based on the values of popular education. He/she mobilises residents and encourages their involvement in community life in line with projects developed by the staff of Marcelle MENET and partners.

Missions principales

• Coordination and animation of social and cultural life: design, organise and animate social and cultural projects for all audiences (children, youth, adults, seniors, families), develop actions promoting social bond, intergenerational and intercultural aspects, coordinate and animate major events, support residents on the Cultural and Solidarity Charter, coordinate the writing group for the neighbourhood journal ‘Le Zoom à l’Est’, run the residents’ projects and social life committee, set up conviviality and meeting times.
• Mobilisation and participation of residents: identify needs through shared diagnostics, create spaces for dialogue and collect resident needs, support emergence of resident‑led projects, provide presence and accompaniment of resident paths.
• Network and partnership work: develop and maintain partnerships with local associations, institutions, schools, businesses, etc., participate in consultation forums, co‑construct projects with territorial actors.

Profil recherché

Passionate about social animation, capable of rallying, innovating and adapting to a diverse audience, with relational skills, creativity, and a solid commitment to popular education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the association’s mission and activities.
• Knowledge of services and existing facilities at neighbourhood, city, department levels.
• Experience in project accompaniment within local social development framework.
• Understanding of various publics, adaptability.
• Organisational capacity and autonomy in managing actions.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimentation, creation, innovation.
• Good interpersonal skills in collective or individual animation.
• Ability to connect with all publics and work with local actors for orientation.
• Teamwork and partnership skills with volunteers and anchoring on the territory.

Formation

Required: DEJEPS (Social‑Educational and Cultural Animation, mention coordination of projects), DUT Careers in Social Work, or equivalent. Complementary training in social action, cultural mediation or local development is an asset.

Conditions de travail

Contract: CDI, 35 hours per week. Work day and evenings, occasionally weekends. Peaks during holidays or events.

Rémunération

• Monthly gross salary: € to € over 12 months.
• CCN ECLAT, coefficient 305‑350 according to experience and seniority.

Expérience

• Fresh graduate accepted.
• Bac+2 or equivalent – DEJEPS or BUT careers social: this training is indispensable.

Compétences
