COO, Regulated Payments & Global Operations

Spendesk is seeking a senior operations leader to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Spendesk Financial Services (SFS). The role will run SFS Operations, ensuring compliant KYC/AML and Banking Operations while driving a scalable, automated operating model across Europe, the UK, and the US.

The COO will lead a ~15-person team and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high reliability, risk-aware processes in a fast-paced transformation environment.
