Role Description
The Converter Support Manager will play a key role in supporting converter customers by providing technical expertise, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing communication with converters, providing technical assistance for Stora Enso’s products, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The role requires gathering feedback to contribute to product development and ensuring alignment with quality standards and sustainability goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in France.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in materials science, packaging, and renewable products.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer-centric solutions for product applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Strong project management experience and organizational skills to oversee customer support operations.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in technical fields are a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in sustainability and eco-friendly product solutions would be highly regarded.
