Conversion & Website Growth Lead

The company serves thousands of organizations across Europe and processes hundreds of millions of euros monthly, backed by Index Ventures and founders from Revolut, Kyriba, and Wise. This role leads website conversion and experimentation efforts as the first dedicated hire in this area.

What Will You Do? As the CRO & Website Lead at Spiko, you will own the spiko.io website end to end, developing a deep understanding of customer journeys through analytics and user insights to prioritize improvements. You will build high-impact landing pages and manage the experimentation roadmap with structured hypotheses and tests. Additionally, you will ensure accurate tracking and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous optimization and growth.
