MISSION
As Controller, SG&A/Support Functions, you will act as a performance co-pilot for Support Functions (HR, IT, Finance). Your role is to translate financial data into actionable insights, support decision-making, and contribute to efficient resource allocation across the organization.
ACTIVITIES
- Translate functional actuals (HR costs, IT spending, Finance initiatives) into actionable forecasts and operational plans
- Analyse cost drivers, resource allocation, and return on investment for support functions
- Prepare and present functional performance reviews, highlighting key risks, issues, and optimization opportunities
- Support decision-making and resource optimization across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders
- Perform CAPEX analysis and tracking, ensuring visibility and control over investments
- Contribute to budget preparation and Mid-Year Readjustment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subsidiaries and senior leadership to prepare meaningful financial results to the group (weekly meetings with SVP)
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and business unit controllers to align systems with business needs including the mapping of local ledgers to group consolidation tool
- Support on cross Business Unit Digital Identity controlling activities
JOB EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience in Finance and Cost Control
- Solid understanding of SG&A cost structures and budgeting processes
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Completed studies in a Financial related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a transversal environment
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English is a must and in French is an advantage
