Responsibilities

On your portfolio you intervene on:

• Monthly closings: Ensure monthly closings of your perimeter, proper analytic imputations, determination of provisions to pass to clients and suppliers.
• Salaries: Analyse payroll data.
• Budgets & Forecasts: Elaborate annual budgets and forecasts, in partnership with operational teams and management.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and update dashboards to support decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data, advise to improve profitability, explain variances compared to budget.
• Follow-up of encours.
• Revalorisation steering: clients / suppliers.
• Administrative management: steering general means, manage IT profiles, feed CRM data, intervene on contractual exchanges with clients and suppliers.

Profile / Qualifications

With a Bac+5 generalist degree from ESC or University of Management, you have 8-10 years of experience in similar functions. You have developed managerial qualities, you master IT tools, ideally SAP. You combine rigor and analytical spirit, are reactive and able to anticipate. You possess strong relational skills and teamwork abilities. You are a pleasant communicator with an analytical and synthetic mindset.

Environment

The Controller of management ensures consistency of financial data, monitors indicators for your scope, and produces various reports. He guarantees good exchanges and proper entry of accounting elements before interpretation.
