Our building engineering electrical projects in Île-de-France seek a Financial Project Controller to support operational teams and provide them with a clear view of their activities.

Responsibilities

Contrôle de Gestion

• Participate in the implementation of budget control: financial tracking, monthly closings and project milestone reviews.
• Ensure processing of expenses.
• Support project work managers during site visits for practical understanding of business tracking.

Gestion Administrative des Projets

• Assist project work managers in administrative tracking and project tools.
• Prepare client situations, invoicing and monitor collections.
• Validate subcontractor progress and track client guarantees.

Suivi des Relations Internes/Externes

• Act as the main contact for accounting and treasury.
• Provide support to internal departments and liaise directly with account managers.
• Manage communications with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, architects and assistant project owners (payment, follow‑up, info, documents, etc.).

Qualifications

• BAC+5 level education with a specialization in finance or management control; a dual engineering and finance background is a strong advantage.
• Previous professional experience in a structured organization, enabling support to operational teams in their management activities.
• Rigorous, organized, reliable and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
