Contrôleur de gestion (F/H)

Overview

Spécialiste de la mécanique et de la métallurgie, EES‑CIS proposes a full range of services to advanced industries: maintenance contracts, new project works, scheduled stops, or maintenance engineering. EES‑CIS anticipates the evolution of its clients by offering innovative solutions and accompanies them in their digital and low‑carbon transitions.

For our South‑East Regional Direction, specialized in maintenance contract management and metallurgical project realization, mainly in the chemical, petrochemical, and nuclear sectors, we are looking for a contrôleur de gestion F/H . The position is based in Vitrolles (13).

Responsibilities

• Reporting: ensure the financial transparency of maintenance contracts / projects in alignment with the teams.
• Control the coherence between budget progress and physical project progress.
• Control and follow up client invoicing.
• Reliabilize the remaining commitment.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative variances with forecasts, propose action plans to improve economic performance.
• Assess the impact on costs of each contract modification or evolution.
• Prepare monthly reporting in collaboration with operational staff and the control management service.
• Prepare periodic internal and external budget review meetings.
• Participate in the annual planning and quarterly reviews of the scope.
• Identify cost‑control risks and implement measures.
• Participate in project, maintenance, and stop cost estimation.

Qualifications

Higher education in management control / finance, with at least four years of professional experience in this type of function in an industrial environment. A dual technical and management control training would be an advantage. You possess a solid accounting culture and a keen interest in information systems. You are an advanced Excel user and ideally master Power BI.

You have excellent relational skills to communicate with accounting, operational, non‑financial, and management stakeholders. You are curious, rigorous, and you appreciate advising while being persuasive.
