Within the group’s Optics sub-sidiary, you will support the Administrative and Financial Manager. This role involves contributing to monthly reporting, financial control and process improvements, with a focus on administrative and financial tasks for the entity.
Responsibilities
- Monthly reporting: contribute to the production and analysis of results, ensure information reliability and analyze variances.
- Contribute to the development of the PMT.
- Participate in digitization projects of tools and processes; interface with Group support services and other entities to deploy best practices.
- Collect supporting documents for the statutory auditors and for internal audit/control departments during their interventions.
- Autonomously manage order-to-cash activities, monitor fixed assets and the accounting tasks assigned to the company (FRS scope).
- Perform various administrative tasks (approximately 10–20% of time).
- Engage with operational teams and support services across the Group to ensure effective collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, Power Query), knowledge of an ERP (understanding of its logic) and a BI tool.
- Strong management and analytical abilities; critical thinking.
- Personal qualities: autonomy, curiosity, teamwork, versatility, and good reporting skills.
- Education: business school or master’s degree (1st or 2nd year).
- Experience: preferably initial experience in an industrial environment.
