Responsibilities
- Detect significant variances between forecasts and results, identify causes, and spot financial, operational, or budget risks that could impact performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs or improve processes.
- Assist cost‑center managers in budget monitoring.
- Analyze financial performance, cost structures, investment profitability, and corporate fee reallocations.
- Lead the budgeting process and long‑term planning: construct, consolidate, monitor, and revise financial data.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with headquarters departments and improve reporting tools.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and in cross‑functional projects for financial or organizational optimization.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
- Develop dashboards, performance indicators, and financial forecasts (forecast, landing...).
- Prepare budget and PLT meetings with business units, ad‑hoc analysis for finance leadership, and audit‑required documents.
- Support managers in budget tracking and indicator interpretation.
- Deploy new tools or procedures and ensure data consistency, reliability, and quality.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and accounting standards.
Qualifications
Educational & Experience
Bac+5 in management control or finance, with at least 5 years of experience in management control.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in information systems: databases, ERP, Office suite, AI tools.
- Good knowledge of analytical accounting.
- English level B2 minimum.
- Strong organization skills, workflow and process understanding.
- Excellent communication.
- Solid knowledge of company functions.
- Ability to thrive in an international environment.
