Contracts Manager M/F (12-month fixed term)

U-Space is recruiting a Contracts Manager M/F (12-month fixed term) in Toulouse, France.

Degree level: Master's.

Language: French and English (fluent).

Work experience: 5+ years as Contracts Manager in B2B/B2G tech.

Maternity-cover 12-month fixed-term contract from early January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate client, supplier and partner contracts in an international context.
• Set standards for commercial and contractual proposals (subcontracting, consortia, ATPs).
• Support sales on currency hedging, payment profiles and inflation.
• Secure IP and insurance terms.
• Provide first-level export-control analysis with an external law firm.

Requirements

• Master's in business law, contract management or business school.
• At least 5 years negotiating complex technology contracts in an industrial or tech B2B/B2G setting.
• Solid business-law knowledge plus IP and public/institutional law.
• Agile in a scale-up.
• Export control and space-sector experience a plus.
• Fluent French and English.
