Position Overview
Contract Manager – Repowering. The role negotiates and manages partnership contracts for repowering projects.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Team Lead Business Development.
Missions
- Pilot the negotiation of partnership contracts for repowering during the prospecting phase in collaboration with the legal department (commercial negotiation, confirmation of legal language, etc.).
- Pilot the negotiation of annex contracts linked to the renewal of wind farms (land security, technical analyses, etc.).
- Support Q ENERGY’s legal team in drafting land deeds for repowering to ensure they meet project and partner needs.
- Synthesise the contractual terms of the DSA and communicate them to project development teams.
- Support the Repowering Manager and Acquisition cell in negotiating NBO and BO for repowering acquisition.
- Manage budgets and invoicing for renewal partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of parties involved in the development of renewal projects.
- Negotiate third‑party contracts (exclusivity, wake, etc.).
- Assist teams in managing land competition issues in partnership with Q ENERGY’s legal service.
- Pilot the negotiation of amendments to repowering partnership contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and continuation of commitments during the negotiation of annex contracts to the DSA (TSA, EPC, etc.).
- Ensure client satisfaction (form under development).
- Improve reporting and budgeting tools.
- Respect and implement safety and quality procedures within the company.
- Participate in the improvement of procedures within the wind direction.
- Participate or initiate corrective actions to be implemented.
Qualifications & Profile
- Bac +5: Degree in engineering, project management, business law or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of contractual management experience in infrastructure, preferably in the energy sector.
- Excellent written and oral English proficiency.
- Behavioural skills: autonomy, dynamism, adaptability, synthesis ability, proposition, persistence.
Location
Avignon, Lyon, Paris, Nantes, or Bordeaux.
Job Constraints
- Travel within the region and across France – occasional travel.
- Travel and onsite interventions allowed.
- Required certifications/training.
- Valid B driving licence.
