Contract Manager – PV Services Contracts

• Develop, harmonize, adapt, and manage EPC, OEM, and O&M contract standards between SPVs and REDEN entities
• Negotiate EPC and O&M contracts and amendments in partnership with the Legal Department
• Monitor the performance of EPC contracts
• Optimize contractual risk allocation and reduce exposure to claims
• Support internal teams in negotiating equipment supply contracts, particularly for solar panels, trackers, inverters, and energy storage systems
• Develop executive-level relationships with key OEMs and EPC contractors
• Establish framework agreements with Tier 1 suppliers and monitor their execution
• Support the Legal Department in managing disputes and participate in defending claims
• Establish the Group’s procurement standards, processes, and contract management tools
• Support the structuring and enhancement of the contractual aspects of the Group’s operations
• Maintain ongoing coordination with the REDEN Group Legal Department
• Contribute to contractual compliance, risk management, profitability, and the successful execution of projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or project management, with a specialization in contract management
• At least 5 years of experience monitoring the performance of EPC contracts
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or on complex industrial projects preferred
• Experience in the photovoltaic sector is a plus
• Strong knowledge of O&M contracts for solar power plants and energy storage systems
• Ability to assess contract performance
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and resolve complex contractual issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English required
• Availability for weekly travel between Agen and Toulouse
