Contract Manager, IT

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategy to improve the performance of the company's contracting function
• Oversee and intervene in all key stages of the contract lifecycle
• Streamline contractual processes to increase productivity and facilitate decision-making
• Identify, prevent and mitigate litigation risks related to regulations and regulatory changes
• Communicate and act as the interface with all stakeholders involved in a project or contract: internal (Legal, Marketing, Commercial/Sales and Finance) and external (clients, service providers and suppliers, regulatory authorities)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement/Purchasing
• At least 6 years of experience in operational IT procurement across a broad scope: Software, Hardware, P2I, Telecoms
• Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are major assets for the success of the project
