Contract Management Consultant, Transport and Mobility

• Lead contract management assignments in the rail, road, public transport and airport sectors.• Define strategy and structure contractual arrangements.• Assist with contract procurement and award processes.• Plan and manage contracts.• Ensure strong client relationships and the successful delivery of assignments.• Facilitate contract reviews.• Identify risks and drive risk mitigation/action plans.• Monitor contractual progress and performance.• Support the handling of claims and contractual disputes.• Provide regular reporting to contracting authorities/clients.• Contribute to business development by managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree from a general engineering school (civil engineering, public works) or a master’s degree related to transport, strategy or territorial governance, or a master’s-level law degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in management/procurement, contract management and/or project management.
• You have initial experience within a public or private project owner/client organization, a consulting firm, an engineering company or a construction contractor.
