Contract Enablement Analyst
Overview
rhi is recruiting a Contract Enablement Analyst to support our clients in house team with a range of contract management and supplier validation activities, within a major global energy brand.
Duration: 12-month contract.
Office hours : 1pm -10pm (office) & 3pm -12am (WFH) - Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.
Office based: Bangsar South K.L
Responsibilities
The role
The Contract Enablement Analyst is an individual contributor for delivering quality outcomes across our clients Contract Lifecycle Management process specifically Contract Enablement.
The ideal candidate has practical and application experience in contracting of services and commodities, extensive knowledge and understanding of contracts and legal terms, coupled with a strong communication skill.
Contract Enablement Analyst will support, enable and operationalise contracts in Contract Enablement for 3rd party suppliers and end-to-end contract management life cycle review inclusive of the following activities:
- Contract Enablement
- Contract Validation
- Contract Close Out and Exit
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in the industry - good knowledge in Procurement and Supply chain with at least 2-3 years contracts experience
- Extensive knowledge and application experience with contract terms and conditions.
- Must understand end to end contract life cycle - enablement, reviewing contracts, quality compliance of contracts, liaising with stakeholders, ensure within terms and conditions, ensure ready for transaction
- Good understanding of contract background - Validating and reviewing contracts
- Knowledge of procurement - contract operationalisation, contract review and daily contract management.
- Experienced working with global and virtual teams. (good to have)
- Good communication skills – Good English language is required

Qualifications
Qualification/Education and system knowledge:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and related Procurement discipline.
- Ariba knowledge
- Familiar with SAP and Salesforce preferred
Valid working rights for Malaysia required.
