Continuous Improvement Engineer — Growth & Incentives

Greif is seeking an Ingenieur Amélioration Continue open position in France to drive manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability. You will troubleshoot advanced manufacturing and facility systems, install and modify equipment, and support parts replacement and repairs.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 6–8 years of experience, strong PLC and CAD skills, and the ability to work independently while guiding junior team members.
