Position: Pwr‑T Industrial - Transformation and Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: The role is based in Paris and requires international travel.
Reporting Structures: Reports directly to the Industrial PMO and Continuous Improvement Manager.
Context
The business group Pwr‑T is undergoing a deep transformation covering all core functions.
The transformation is structured around two main axes:
- Project selectivity, aimed at optimizing portfolio risk and improving as‑sold margin profile (SHIFT project modelling).
- Execution excellence, focused on maximizing margins at project delivery stage (ReWire program).
The business group is actively exploring opportunities to bolster its capacity to manage client risks and enhance its value proposition and differentiation in the market.
Purpose
The role provides methodological and operational support to the Pwr‑T Industrial team to ensure execution of the strategic plan.
- Assist managers at plants and laboratories in delivering strategic initiatives through data analysis, lean methodology, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Take lead of workstreams in specific projects, identify priorities, and coordinate actions.
The mission is to improve consistency, efficiency, and success of projects by ensuring rigorous and harmonized process management.
Areas of Responsibility
Transformation
- Define targeted action plans and support effective implementation.
Continuous Improvement in Pwr‑T Plants and Laboratories
- Identify performance improvement opportunities through data and process analysis.
- Enhance operational performance, cross‑functional collaboration, and process efficiency.
- Provide structured methodological support to operational teams.
Project Management
- Support managers in delivering key strategic and operational initiatives.
- Take lead of workstreams, ensure planning, and coordinate actions between stakeholders.
Key Interfaces
- Pwr‑T Business Group.
- All departments within the Industrial organization (manufacturing, testing, accessories, QHSE, HR, etc.).
- Other departments outside the Industrial organization.
Expected Results
- Assist in achieving transformation objectives and drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure efficient execution of transformation initiatives.
- Provide methodological support to operational teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Technical Skills
- Lean/continuous improvement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of project management principles.
