We are now a team of 250 people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York. To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO₂ under management.

About the team

You’ll sit within Greenly’s Marketing team, but your real job is to connect the dots. You’ll act as a conductor between Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product, turning what each of them knows into content that actually moves deals and builds our brand. We make climate communication faster, smarter, and more convincing, from videos and data stories to creative tools, product explainers, and the sales decks our teams use in the field. To do that well, you can’t stay in a creative bubble. You need to understand what Sales is hearing from prospects, what Delivery is actually shipping, and where Product is heading.

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Content Creator who is three things at once: a systems architect, a hands‑on creative producer, and someone who actually understands our subject matter. You’ll stabilise our current workflows, industrialise AI‑assisted production, and increase speed, quality, and adoption across teams. You’ll also make sure every asset is technically right. Our topics are hard. CSRD, CBAM, SBTi, Scope 3, and the very different realities of the industries we serve (automotive, retail, tech, and pharma next). Great‑looking content that gets the substance wrong is worse than useless in front of a technical buyer. So you’ll build a real understanding of the regulation, of each vertical, of Greenly’s product, and of how our delivery teams answer prospect needs. Then you’ll turn that understanding into content that sells.

This is content in service of Sales, powered by AI, and anchored in product and delivery reality.

In your first months, you will:

  • Take over and stabilise existing content workflows (video, editing, transcription, repurposing)
  • Get properly up to speed on Greenly’s offers, our verticals, the regulatory landscape, and our delivery model, so everything you produce is accurate and credible
  • Take ownership of our per‑offer and per‑vertical sales decks: keep them continuously updated with the latest product, regulatory, and delivery changes, and build sharp, sector‑specific versions (automotive, retail, tech, then pharma) that reflect the real challenges of each industry
  • Audit and rationalise existing assets to rebuild trust and usability
  • Turn experimental formats into repeatable AI‑assisted production systems
  • Build prompt libraries, templates, and format presets for standardised, high‑quality creation
  • Deliver a first set of high‑impact assets across Sales, Product, AM, Brand, and Media (client interviews, ROI stories, vertical pitch materials, renewal support content, technical guides)

You will drive:

  • A single source of truth for decks, templates, calculators, and content libraries, with the sales decks always current and trusted by the field
  • Vertical positioning that genuinely reflects the reality of each industry we serve
  • Clear ownership and update rules for every asset
  • Close alignment with Product and delivery, not just Brand, so content stays technically honest
  • Measurement of adoption, ROI, and business impact for each asset
  • A culture of focus: operationalise before jumping to the next project

What success looks like in your first year:

  • Our sales decks are living assets, always up to date, and sales reps actually reach for them
  • You’ve built at least two content factories (for example, video and data‑story pipelines)
  • You’ve reduced time‑to‑produce by 30% to 50% while improving quality
  • Your content passes the test of both a Product reviewer and a technical prospect: it’s right, not just polished
  • You’ve built a credible vertical content library that maps to our verticalisation strategy

You may begin supervising additional creators or automation specialists.

Skills to succeed

  • Have built or operated scalable content systems before
  • Are a creative systems thinker — both strategic and hands‑on (video, script, visual, editing)
  • Are comfortable with AI tools and workflow documentation
  • Know how to lead cross‑team rituals and build alignment
  • Fluent in English and French

You’re likely familiar with:

  • Claude / prompting
  • Notion & workflow design
  • Decks and assets production

You might not be a fit if

  • You prefer ideation over execution
  • You focus only on design or copy without systems/process thinking
  • You see AI as a threat rather than a creative multiplier
