Content & Product Marketing Manager

This company is creating an entirely new categoryin Dermatology.
Backed by leading investors and preparing for international commercial launch, the business has developed a breakthrough dermatology imaging platform that combines advanced medical imaging, and artificial intelligence to help clinicians assess, monitor and manage skin health in a way that has not previously been possible.
You will be responsible for building the company’s voice from the ground up, creating compelling content, supporting product launch activities and helping establish a clear and differentiated market position within dermatology technology.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine the company’s narrative, positioning and messaging
- Create engaging written content across websites, articles, thought leadership pieces and digital channels
- Own and execute content strategy across LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Support product launch activities, physician engagement and market education initiatives
- Work closely with the CEO to communicate complex technology in a clear, compelling and commercially relevant way
- Produce and coordinate visual, video and multimedia content that supports brand awareness and market engagement
- Drive SEO strategy and organic audience growth
- Manage relationships with external creative, PR and content partners where appropriate
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and impact
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within content marketing, product marketing, growth marketing or a related discipline
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare technology into engaging content
- Experience within healthtech, medical devices, dermatology, aesthetics, AI or wider healthcare markets would be advantageous
- Previous exposure to product launches, startup environments or category creation initiatives
- Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies and content performance metrics
- Comfortable working independently in a fast moving environment with significant ownership and autonomy
- Excellent visual judgement and appreciation for premium brand presentation
- Someone who enjoys creating as much as they enjoy thinking strategically.
