Position

Location: Puteaux | Contract: CDI – Senior Executive | Experience required: Minimum 5‑6 years in content management, editorial strategy or brand content, advanced SEO knowledge and understanding of GEO challenges.

Responsibilities

• Editorial strategy & content production – Co‑build and orchestrate a content strategy aligned with brand positioning; write, produce, and optimize high‑quality content; manage a multi‑format editorial calendar focused on the website; ensure tone and style consistency.
• SEO & GEO – Lead SEO strategy with e‑business teams: keyword research, search intent mapping, semantic optimization, internal linking; incorporate GEO aspects for market visibility; monitor organic performance and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
• Social & influence support – Deploy corporate influence strategy; coach top management and managers in LinkedIn content creation, ghostwriting, and strategic recommendations; collaborate with the Social Media Manager to amplify speaking opportunities.
• Cross‑functional coordination – Work closely with e‑business, marketing, communications, HR and other departments; maintain active trend monitoring and best‑practice research.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 in communication, journalism, or digital marketing.
• 5+ years experience in content management, editorial strategy, or brand content.
• Advanced SEO expertise and analytical performance tools.
• Strong storytelling, editorial structuring and content adaptation for diverse audiences.
• Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and corporate influence strategies.
• Experience in supporting executives, with skills in counseling, publishing and visibility management.
• Autonomous, collaborative, detail oriented and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is an advantage.
