Content Manager

Overview

We’re a product-first team on a mission to help grow the cybersecurity culture. We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that is effective and entertaining. Think Duolingo for cybersecurity. We created a platform to roll out a cybersecurity awareness program: chat-based 4-minute courses to teams, followed by phishing simulations to prepare employees in a safe environment. Created in 2020, Riot has raised capital and protects more than 2,000,000 employees in over 2,000 companies worldwide.

Cybersecurity is everywhere and increasingly the top risk for organizations. We are on a mission to fix the culture gap and build a brand that can articulate a point of view, voice, and creative identity in this space.

Your role

You’ll join the Brand team, reporting directly to the Brand Director. Your mission: humanisation and storytelling. If you believe a cybersecurity brand can have a point of view and a genuine creative identity, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Translate Riot’s content strategy into a channel-specific execution plan: website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.
• Produce and adapt content end-to-end across touchpoints: blog posts, landing pages, use cases, social content, video scripts.
• Drive website traffic from zero with SEO-informed content, webinars, landing pages, and client use cases by market.
• Support leadership in building a voice as a category leader and own product releases on Riot’s company page.
• Launch Riot Originals: scripting, production pipeline, and social distribution for our in-house short-form fiction series.
• Set up scalable content workflows using AI tools and coordinate with agencies or freelancers as needed.
• Track performance and iterate based on data (SEO, analytics, and performance metrics).
• Adapt content for international markets: English-first, multilingual-ready.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, or creative roles, ideally with agency experience in a startup environment.
• AI-native : daily use of AI tools to remove bottlenecks and boost productivity.
• Multi-touchpoint fluency : comfortable owning website copy, social content, and video.
• Video-first mindset : understands production, editing, or strong direction for video content.
• Creative with taste : art direction sensibility aligned with a premium, modern brand aesthetic.
• Data-aware : ability to measure what works and adjust with SEO basics and content analytics.
• Autonomous and structured : can own a content calendar, manage external partners, and ship consistently.
• Bonus : experience with offline/OOH campaigns or paid media.
• You don’t need to be an expert in cybersecurity, but you must be motivated by the mission.
• Language : professional English proficiency and native French is preferred.
• Location : based in Paris or willing to relocate.

• A screening call with our TAM (30 minutes).
• A manager interview with the Brand Director (1 hour).
• An onsite case study interview with the Brand Director and Founder (1 hour).
• A cultural fit interview with a team member (30 minutes).
