Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Content & Digital Shelf Coordinator (Amazon Experience) with a minimum of 2 years' hands‑on experience managing content on Amazon Vendor Central. The successful candidate will have direct experience uploading and optimizing product listings, managing catalogue content, monitoring account health, and supporting the growth of online sales across Amazon EU and UK.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing large product catalogues while ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all online channels.
The role will play a critical part in ensuring our products are accurately represented online, updated seasonally, and delivering an excellent customer experience across Amazon EU and UK. This position is hybrid, with fluctuating in‑office days based on business needs.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings across Amazon
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, specifications, keywords, images, videos, and supporting content.
- Ensure all product content is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain content data sheets and templates.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct content errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Ensure product listings remain active, compliant, and optimized across all online channels.
- Liaise directly with marketplace support teams to resolve listing suppressions, content issue and account warnings
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to obtain approved imagery, videos, brand assets, and promotional materials.
- Drive continuous improvement across PDP content, search listings, landing pages, and navigation.
- Prepare and manage product content sheets, ensuring accuracy of titles, bullet points, descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, compliance documentation, and product attributes.
- Provide translations for, and update, A+ Content, Brand Store pages, landing pages, collections, and promotional content where applicable.
- Conduct regular catalogue audits to identify missing content, duplicate listings, incorrect product information, or non‑compliant content.
- Ensure consistency of product information across all sites.
Amazon Listing Optimization
- Maintain and improve listing quality through keyword optimization, content enhancements, image updates, and catalogue maintenance.
- Monitor Buy Box performance, product visibility, search ranking, and content quality scores.
- Track listing performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and sales.
- Support product launch activities, including listing creation, content deployment, inventory readiness, and promotional setup (e.g. Vine)
- Support new product introductions and seasonal launches.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance content quality and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Development teams to gather and validate product specifications, dimensions, materials, compliance information, and launch timelines.
- Work closely with Marketing to coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and brand content updates.
- Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to ensure all product imagery, videos, banners, and digital assets meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability aligns with online merchandising and launch plans.
- Support Customer Service teams by maintaining accurate product information and resolving content‑related customer queries.
- Coordinate with Sales and Key Account Managers to prioritize retailer content requests and support new business opportunities.
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure pricing, VAT, promotional information, and product data are accurately reflected across online channels.
- Work with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to maintain compliance documentation, certifications, product safety information, and retailer requirements.
- Support IT and Systems teams with product data integrations, platform enhancements, and troubleshooting content feed issues.
- Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, translators, and content partners to ensure timely delivery of marketplace‑ready content.
Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication, project management, and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global matrix environment
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven experience creating, uploading, and maintaining large product catalogues.
- Experience working directly with Amazon Vendor Central
- Demonstrated experience resolving listing issues, content errors, catalogue discrepancies, and account‑related operational problems.
- Experience supporting product launches and catalogue expansion projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalogue structure, ASINs, variations, parent‑child relationships, and content requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of product data accurately
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus
- Experience with ERP and OMS systems (e.g., Salsify, ShoppingFeed)
Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study OR a combination of education & experience will be considered.
