Your Contribution: Own Fleet's Voice and Make it Heard
We are looking for a Head of Content & Communication to lead our content strategy and take our brand to the next level — across Europe, UK and US.
You will report directly to Baptiste, VP Growth, with full autonomy to build and execute your vision.
- Define and drive the Content & Communication strategy in full autonomy with the VP Growth, with a global scope (+70% of our revenue comes from international markets)
- Create high-impact content across formats you decided to create : SEO articles, LinkedIn campaigns, videos, podcasts, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
- Build Fleet's brand authority through leadership content, expertise-driven campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives that position Fleet as the European leader in IT management.
- Own the editorial calendar : develop, maintain, and iterate on a coherent content calendar aligned with acquisition and retention goals.
- Manage and coordinate content production : work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Design) and external partners (freelancers, agencies) to deliver best-in‑class output — and potentially build a small content team over time.
- Leverage AI tools (Dust, Claude, etc.) to scale content production and translation across our markets.
- Measure and optimize : track content KPIs (organic traffic, lead generation, engagement) and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Support international marketing : collaborate with local marketing teams in the UK, Spain, Germany and US to adapt content to each market.

- You are an entrepreneur , a top performer , and are used to overcoming obstacles.
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or communication — ideally in a B2B or tech environment (startup, scale‑up, or large company with an entrepreneurial mindset).
- You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
- You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.
- You graduated from a top 10 business or engineering school — you think strategically and understand how content drives commercial impact.
- You have a proven track record of building content that generates visibility, leads, and brand recognition — not just content for content's sake.
- You have excellent writing skills in French and English — Spanish or German is a plus.
- You thrive with autonomy : you don't wait to be told what to do; you identify opportunities, build a plan, and execute.
- You have a strong interest in AI tools for content creation and are willing to integrate them into your daily workflow.
