Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Contact Center Expert based in Lyon, France or Rio, Brazil. The role involves managing customer inquiries or issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include leveraging technology solutions to enhance the customer experience, utilizing data analytics to optimize processes, and maintaining communication tools and systems.

Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience with contact center operations, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, or support systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to utilize insights for process improvement
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, mobile applications, and unified communications platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills, English and French or Portuguese
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in technology or SaaS industries is advantageous
