Job Summary

Are you passionate about consumers and scents? Join IFF’s Body Care Innovation Center located in Neuilly-sur-Seine. As part of the Consumer Insights Body Care team, you will provide valuable support on strategic initiatives for various clients.

Where You Will Make a Difference

• Participate in internal meetings to gather needs, identify key challenges, and synthesize research requests.
• Support the set-up of projects (internal and external tests, etc.).
• Ensure operational execution (sample preparation, shipment, consumer recruitment).
• Plan, organize, and monitor fieldwork activities.
• Collect data and ensure quality control.
• Analyze data and contribute to building study reports.
• Support the sharing of results and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master’s degree student in Consumer Research, Marketing Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills (descriptive, parametric & non-parametric analysis, multifactorial analysis, regression modeling, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and well organized.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

How You Stand Out

• Knowledge of or experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or sensory research industry.
• Familiarity with online research tools and/or programming skills.
• Curious mindset with a strong analytical approach.
