Consumer Data Analyst W/M

As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will turn complex consumer data into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision‑making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer and business data from various sources (CRM, e-commerce, retail, products, etc.) to support customer strategy and operational plans
• Collaborating with Data Scientists on predictive analytics projects (segmentation, clustering, machine learning)
• Work with the Power BI team to maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to support business teams in their decision‑making
• Ensure data quality and reliability
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and reusable templates to enable faster and more consistent decision‑making
• Build strong relationships with Product, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to support data needs
• Contribute to the development of a data‑driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy
• Identify new opportunities to enhance consumer understanding through innovative analytics and new data sources

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Strong knowledge of programming languages

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (engineering school or business school)

Language

• Fluent in English

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
• Good communication skills to present analyses clearly and effectively
• Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
• Ability to work independently with data
• Knowledge of SQL and cloud data environments is a plus
