Key Responsibilities
- Build Artefact’s Korean presence, serve in a leadership capacity for the Seoul office, and participate in the Partner Group for APAC.
- Create real impact with clients by winning consulting engagements, overseeing delivery, and ensuring value realization.
- Bring industry and functional expertise to help client and Artefact teams develop.
- Lead and support clients’ top executives (CMO, CDO, sometimes CEO) in transforming their business and position Artefact as their preferred partner.
- Contribute to content development and writing on business‑relevant topics such as research, articles and business cases.
- Deliver the highest standards of quality on projects.
- Pilot multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, strategic planners, media traders) and ensure high‑quality output.
- Accountable for the success of projects from both client and team perspectives.
- Lead and develop the Seoul consulting team.
- Develop consultants’ expertise through training and best‑practice sharing with other countries.
- Communicate the department’s successes and results at the country level via events and PR.
- Develop the consulting offer with existing clients, especially with Activation or Data clients, and create opportunities with other departments.
- Build a commercial strategy to grow the Korean client portfolio through personal contacts, events, and outreach.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline and build proposals supporting client needs.

Have demonstrated success in the first 6+ years of career at a tier‑1 consulting firm, and have 4+ years of experience managing projects and/or clients.
