Overview

GERESO, a consulting firm with more than 40 years of experience in professional training, specializing in transition to retirement, is seeking dedicated consultants to design, develop and deliver training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training sessions for employees approaching retirement, covering topics such as retirement representation, exit planning, knowledge transfer, time management, social relationships and new life projects.
• Contribute to the design of training programmes, including scenario creation, content development and support material.
• Conduct sessions in Paris and in the regions, tailoring material to local needs.

Qualifications

• Bac +4/5 or equivalent higher education.
• Professional trainer with experience in adult learning and facilitation.
• Strong pedagogical skills and proven ability to implement diverse learning tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in change management related to retirement transition.
