Consultant - Transformation

Join our growing Lyon office as a Transformation Consultant, supporting regional and national clients in their organizational change journeys. You will work on diverse projects across industries in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects across strategy, operations, and technology
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
• Design new operating models and organizational capabilities
• Implement change management and employee engagement programs
• Build strong relationships with regional client stakeholders

Required Profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting or corporate transformation roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent in French and English
