Consultant – Tours – Permanent Contract

• Independently manage and oversee a dedicated client portfolio
• Support client companies in managing and monitoring occupational accident and occupational disease claims
• Manage and monitor disputes before social security dispute resolution bodies and courts
• Work in partnership with appointed lawyers and physicians
• Monitor legal developments relating to occupational accidents and occupational diseases within employment and social law
• Help prepare and deliver client training on occupational accidents and occupational diseases
• Work closely with internal teams and partner law firms
• Take full ownership of the assigned scope independently after a training period on Prevantis’s methodologies and areas of expertise

Requirements

• Master’s degree (M2) in employment and social law required
• Initial experience (internship, work-study placement, or first position) in employment law, social security law, or consulting preferred
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in occupational accident and occupational disease case management is an advantage
• Excellent legal analysis and writing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Rigorous, organized, and methodical
• Comfortable working with clients and able to explain complex legal matters in clear, accessible terms
• Humble, personable, and highly skilled in interpersonal relations
• Committed, curious, and eager to develop expertise
