Context & Purpose
Run the engine room of delivery for Europe Data Office: govern roadmap, capacity and value realization with discipline and transparency. Coordinate key forums (Data Office, Data Delivery Committee, Europe Data Steerco) and embed ‘deliver once, reuse many’ across Zones and delivery teams.

Your Role
Bring rigorous portfolio governance, maximize value and adoption of data products, and ensure delivery excellence at Europe scale.
Portfolio Governance
- Manage the consolidated use‑case portfolio aligned with business priorities
- Secure cross‑domain data for roadmap realization
- Ensure the portfolio follows the Golden Rules Compliant Checklist
- Track adherence to Data Design Authority recommendations and mitigation of identified data risks across the lifecycle
Value Realization & Analytics
- Deliver reusable data products at scale; promote ‘deliver once, reuse many’
- Spot opportunities for reusability, synergy and scalability, unlocking cross‑zone value
- Identify AI/RPA opportunities for greater efficiency and business impact
Roadmap & Delivery Excellence
- Identify the best‑fit delivery team (global vs Europe) and bridge business stakeholders with delivery teams
- Engage Global/Regional/Local delivery to define the Europe data delivery roadmap
- Support pipeline prioritization and capacity anticipation with delivery leadership
Adoption
- Work with use‑case business owners and zone data offices to support deployment and adoption in each Zone
Profile
- 6-10+ years of PMO/program management in data, analytics or digital transformation
- Strong portfolio planning, benefits tracking, stakeholder management and communication
- Tooling: Power BI, MS Project/Planner, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence; familiarity with data platform delivery
- Strong leadership; obsessive about user experience and empathetic to users
- Ability to find connections in the portfolio and scope/prioritize by business and user impact
- Corporate savvy: understand company strategy and link to Data Strategy
- Change‑management mindset and business acumen; confident with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in matrix, multi‑country environments
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe certifications
- Good understanding of business processes
- Experience with value‑realization frameworks and financial tracking
