Consultant Support SAP SD-MM H/F

Context

We are looking for a SAP SD/MM Support Consultant (H/F) in a CDI position to reinforce our Excellence Consulting department.

You will join a team of 30 working on Commerce and Administration des Ventes (ADV). The role is to act as the functional reference for the SAP SD and MM modules for users.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SD to users by guiding, advising and training them to use the tool.
• Analyze, qualify and resolve functional incidents (pricing, invoicing, product sheets, orders, etc.) and user‑blockages.
• Escalate the most complex incidents to the development teams and follow them until resolution.
• Participate in the testing phases of fixes and evolutions before they go into production.
• Contribute to documentation of procedures, best practices and solutions.
• Attend team meetings and the international SAP reference community to share experiences and propose improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in IT, management or commerce (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and at least 3 years of proven experience.
• Solid knowledge of processes related to Commerce and Administration des Ventes (ADV) with experience supporting users in this environment.
• Experience in the industrial domain is an asset.
• Motivated to be a key player in the smooth functioning of commercial processes and to support users daily, with strong listening, analytical skills and the ability to resolve functional problems.
• Strong pedagogical skills to train, mentor and develop user competencies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 EUR

One day of weekly telework is possible after the integration period.

No travel required.
