As a Strategy-to-Execution Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that deliver real impact across industries. You will guide executives from boardroom decisions to on-the-ground execution , ensuring time-to-value is accelerated.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy-to-execution engagements across innovation, technology adoption, and corporate transformation.

Analyze and translate business challenges into actionable execution roadmaps, bridging vision with measurable outcomes.

Develop fact-based recommendations using financial modeling, benchmarking, and operational assessments.

Manage consulting workstreams and deliver high-quality, executive-ready outputs.

Facilitate execution alignment by working closely with client teams to ensure strategy translates into results.

Conduct due diligence and foresight analysis on markets, technologies, and innovation ecosystems.

Support business development through proposals, thought leadership, and participation in the ExecINNOV Club & community events.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology strategy (top-tier consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , including financial modeling and execution frameworks.

Experience with innovation management, digital transformation, cost/value optimization, or operating model design .

Ability to engage with executive leadership and simplify complex insights into clear recommendations.

Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy design through execution.

Fluency in English and French .
