Consultant solutions/Consultante solutions
HireSweet is hiring a Deployment Strategist on behalf of one of our clients: an early-stage, VC-backed company building the operating system for hardware engineering. Their SaaS platform reconciles product and engineering data across CAD, PLM and ERP systems using AI, so industrial companies can design hardware at software speed.
As a Deployment Strategist, you embed in their clients' engineering and manufacturing teams, find where business impact can be maximized, deploy the technology, and help large manufacturers rewire their workflows around the product. You report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO.
What You'll do
- Own the successful deployment at Enterprise customers, and own their business case: identify the strongest use cases, define success factors and KPIs, and drive them to completion.
- Embed with customer teams, frequently onsite, and deep-dive into their engineering workflows and data, to the point where you can shadow one of their engineers.
- Lead training and adoption across stakeholders, from shop floor to C-suite, and present results and next steps to audiences ranging from analysts to executives.
- Close the loop internally: bring field learnings back to the Product and Tech teams to shape what gets built next and cut deployment time.
Who you are
- 7-15 years in high-paced, high-complexity roles: management or strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, large IT integration, data-heavy business roles or Enterprise CSM rollout.
- Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with an engineering background (degree or equivalent). Exposure to BOM, PLM, ERP or MES is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders, and strong business acumen: you connect operational pain points to financial outcomes.
- Heavy AI user with a product sixth sense: you map end-to-end workflows and envision how AI reshapes them. Not an IT expert, but comfortable discussing data architecture, connectors and integrations.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with early-stage ambiguity, frequent change and improvisation.
- Fluent in French and English (English is the working language).
Practical
- Mostly in person at the Paris office, and regularly onsite at clients: up to 40% of your time in the early months, mostly Ile-de-France.
- CDI
- Compensation: 80-130k EUR depending on seniority, track record and technical skills.
- Team of around 20 people, half in Paris. As one of the first employees, your contribution will define the trajectory.
Intro call with the CEO (30 min), hard skills assessment (45 min), career deep-dive (1.5h onsite), team day (around 2.5h onsite: case study, culture fit, open questions), reference checks before offer.
