Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's Z portfolio, you will provide world‑class infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software. You will work with clients to deliver solutions that meet their specific needs and build expertise on IBM Z / zOS platforms while contributing to high‑value consulting engagements for large French and international clients in regulated industries.

• Deliver Infrastructure Solutions: Provide top‑notch infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS.
• Implement Technology Expert Labs Services: Apply your knowledge of Technology Expert Labs services to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client requirements.
• Support Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Execute Solution Delivery: Perform tasks related to solution delivery, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Under The Guidance Of Experienced IBM SMEs, You Will

• Participate in IBM Z / zOS consulting engagements, including:
• Security and compliance assessments (access control, cryptography, regulations)
• Contribute to the delivery of Expert Labs services, from preparation to client reporting
• Assist in data collection, analysis and documentation for client studies
• Use IBM AI‑powered tools (e.g. Watsonx / Bob) to support code, configuration and documentation analysis
• Progressively co‑deliver with senior consultants and gain autonomy on consulting activities
• Build strong knowledge in IBM Z technologies, processes, and enterprise environments

Learning & Growth

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Recent graduate (Bachelor / Master / Engineering degree) in:
  • Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• Strong interest in enterprise infrastructure and critical systems
• Basic knowledge or exposure to:
  • Linux, systems administration, networking or security
  • Programming or scripting fundamentals
• Fluent in English (French is required for client interactions in France)

Nice to Have

• Awareness of mainframe concepts, enterprise computing, or cloud/hybrid architectures
• Interest in performance, security, resiliency or compliance topics
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, and strong learning ability

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Associated Software Proficiency: Familiarity with associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS, to deliver top‑notch infrastructure services solutions.
• Technology Expert Labs Knowledge: Understanding of Technology Expert Labs services and their application in delivering high‑quality solutions that meet client requirements.
• Infrastructure Solution Delivery: Exposure to delivering infrastructure services solutions, including implementing and executing solution delivery tasks to meet client needs.
