Job Summary
We are seeking a Signal Consultant & SEA Expert for a dual‑mission role: leading search strategy (Google/Bing) while becoming an ambassador for our proprietary SaaS tool, Signal. You will act as a strategic consultant with a sales‑oriented mindset, manage a portfolio of enterprise‑level clients and scale‑ups (budgets €1M+), and demonstrate the technological value of Signal to C‑level executives in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic SEA & Tech Consulting: act as a trusted advisor and translate business objectives into advanced search marketing strategies; position Signal at the core of client strategies and design tailored roadmaps, including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and incrementality testing.
- High‑End Client Management & Sales Mindset: manage a portfolio of enterprise clients as a true business partner; present results and growth opportunities with charisma and authority; proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities using Signal; serve as the guardian of client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Advanced Campaign Management: oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising); deploy sophisticated bidding and segmentation strategies using Signal’s automation capabilities; collaborate with data teams to interpret complex data flows and derive ROI‑driven conclusions.
- Internal Influence & Product Feedback: act as a bridge between clients and R&D to evolve Signal’s features; contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship regarding SEA expertise.
Profile Required
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in paid media with an ultra‑specialized expertise in SEA.
- Proven track record managing international accounts with complex structures and high stakes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic client relationships.
Soft Skills & Language
- Fluent English (C1/C2) with the ability to lead complex presentations and negotiations.
- “Salesy” profile: exceptional communication and presentation skills; persuasive and comfortable in high‑pressure client environments.
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with an ROI‑first business vision.
Technical Proficiency
- Expert‑level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Advertising.
- Advanced mastery of tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
- Strong appetite for SaaS tools, automation, and technological innovation.
