As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Consultant SAP MDG - EMEA to join our team in France. This pivotal role will support our commitment to delivering best-in-class data governance and master data management solutions across our European, Middle Eastern, and African operations.
Role Summary
As a Consultant SAP MDG, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Master Data Governance initiatives that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimise master data processes and support business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MDG implementation and enhancement projects across the EMEA region.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MDG configurations and workflows.
- Develop and maintain master data management strategies aligned with corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing to ensure data integrity.
- Provide expert advice and training to end-users and stakeholders on SAP MDG processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within master data management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to data governance.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during system upgrades or implementations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP MDG Consultant or in a similar role within Manufacturing & Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance modules, data models, and integration with other SAP components.
- Experience working with EMEA regional business processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other EMEA languages is advantageous.
- Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent professional qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
