Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and results‑driven Paid Media Experts to join our fast‑growing international team. Managing a portfolio of high‑end and global clients, you will provide expert‑level consulting services, specializing in the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated paid media strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI for clients, and exceptional client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business objectives into advanced multi‑channel paid media strategies; design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, KPI frameworks; collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated performance‑driven solutions; stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward‑thinking recommendations.
- High‑end Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of enterprise and high‑growth clients with strong US and EU footprints; build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior‑level client stakeholders; clearly communicate complex strategies and performance insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences; conduct regular client check‑ins and business reviews to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising); drive sophisticated targeting, bidding, and segmentation strategies; leverage advanced analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Contribute to the development of internal processes, methodologies, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of paid media experience; proven track record managing multiple international accounts; experience with scale‑up and enterprise‑level clients; ability to exceed performance targets on complex multi‑market accounts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities; highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert‑level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other major paid media platforms; strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
