What You’ll Do

As a Consultant or Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Insurance Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area.

To solve our clients’ problems, you will be given end‑to‑end responsibility within significant insurance‑related projects. You will develop state‑of‑the‑art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact‑based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different insurance complex matters, in different industries.

For example, you will work to:

  • Elaborate new business and in‑force strategies for life insurance companies, including designing new products and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Reshape finance and risk functions for insurance groups
  • Support insurance groups for their capital management and value‑creation optimization

What You’ll Bring

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in the insurance risk area
  • Throughout your career, have applied sound knowledge in the insurance industry with expertise in actuary (technical division of non‑life or life division), risk division or finance topics such as Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, Health
  • Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
  • Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
  • Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experience in international work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with a strong presence and leadership skills
