Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze your client's needs
• Benchmark solutions
• Translate user needs through the drafting of functional specifications and/or requirements documents
• Project management and coordination of its various stakeholders: leading steering committees
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
• Test and validate the developed solution
• Support user training and change management
• Deployment assistance

Bonus

• Join one of the teams in the Banking & Finance club to work, in agile mode, on future challenges facing our clients: digital banking, digital auditing.
• Participate in meetings with startups, trade shows, and conferences.
• Participate in various training programs offered by the firm, and create and deliver internal or school-based training on core topics in the Banking and Finance sector.

Profil

With a higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university with an interest in the Banking & Finance sector, you are seeking a permanent position in consulting and new technologies. You speak French fluently. Passionate about the challenges of digital and banking transition, you want to join a dynamic team to support sector clients on high-value‑added projects. Agile, with a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with a leadership mindset. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: you will make a difference with our clients.
