After a training period, you will be able to work on one or more phases projects:

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client needs
• Benchmark solutions
• Translate user needs through drafting of functional specifications and/or requirements documents
• Manage projects and coordinate various stakeholders, including leading steering committees
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
• Test and validate the developed solution
• Support user training and change management
• Deploy assistance

Qualifications

• Higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university with an interest in the Banking and Finance sector.
• Seeking a permanent position in consulting and new technologies.
• Fluent in French.
• Passionate about the challenges of digital and banking transition, wanting to join a dynamic team to support sector clients on high-value-added projects.
• Agile mindset, strong sense of service, autonomy with a leadership mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
