Role Overview

As a Consultant AI at NTT DATA, you will play a key role in transforming the data and AI capabilities of our clients. You will act as an “AI Translator”, bridging technical solutions and business impact, from strategy and proof‑of‑concepts to production and change‑management, across a range of high‑impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and pilot Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Identify high‑ROI use cases and design transformation roadmaps.
• Pilot AI projects end‑to‑end (scoping, POC, MVP, industrialisation).
• Design robust and scalable Data & AI architectures (cloud, APIs, LLMs).
• Support solution deployment and ensure governance, security and performance.
• Collaborate with business, IT and data teams to guarantee project success.
• Contribute to pre‑sales, commercial development and client relationships.
• Perform active technological watch and promote innovation (AI frameworks, development tools).
• Refer to delivery playbooks by sector and best practices.
• Represent the company with clients, partners and at events.
• Handle AI strategy & transformation: define vision, roadmap and governance.
• Integrate generative & LLM solutions (RAG, copilots, AI agents).
• Build business cases and measure impact (value & ROI).
• Support partnerships and communication in events with key partners such as Nvidia, Mistral.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in data, AI, consulting or digital transformation.
• Comfortable in client environments with strong communication skills in French and English.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML/GenAI technologies and data/cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions and explain technical topics.
• Analytical mindset, structured, outcome‑driven.
• Team player, collaborative culture.
• Curious, proactive with a strong interest in innovation.
• General knowledge of data environments (APIs, microservices, big data).
• Experience translating business needs into concrete solutions.
• Project and digital program management (planning, deliverables).
• Delivery of projects (Scrum certification).
• Change and stakeholder management.
• Experience deploying AI for prestigious clients in collaboration with global partners.
