What You'll Do

Within our teams, you will support our clients in France and abroad to help them develop their strategic orientations and solve their most complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and prioritize the challenges clients face
• Build and conduct relevant analyses to develop the best solutions with clients
• Develop strategic recommendations, support implementation, and create a significant impact
• Actively contribute to the development of sectoral and functional centers of expertise

Because our customers operate worldwide across industries and functional areas, your missions will span a wide variety of issues. Each project will expand your expertise and responsibilities, with opportunities to focus on sectors and areas that motivate you most.

Throughout your career at BCG, you will be supported by your HR Talent Coordinator in staffing and training programs tailored to your level, with senior mentors and a Career Development Advisor guiding your progression.

You will be based in France. Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Have a master’s degree or higher (business school or engineering, political science, university)
• Have at least 3 years of experience or hold a PhD
• Show active listening and strong analytical rigor
• Demonstrate energy and creativity in problem solving
• Enjoy teamwork and contribute ideas and recommendations proactively
• Have interpersonal skills to partner with executive management as they implement new vision and drive change
• Be a collaborative team player with high ethical standards and experience in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Additional note: you may also have experience described as Bac+4/+5 in relevant fields
