Job Description

We are looking for functional consultants for Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud to support our growth and new activities. Candidates may be consultants with up to 5 years of experience, seniors with more than 5 years, or managers.

As a member of our rapidly growing ERP team of over 100 consultants, you will work on the following functions:

• Collaborate on functional aspects across all project phases (scoping, design, delivery, implementation, go‑live).
• Analyze existing processes and functional requirements.
• Facilitate design and configuration workshops.
• Provide expertise on application processes following vendor best practices and standards.
• Formalize, implement and optimize the configuration of processes in Oracle R12/Cloud.
• Develop and execute functional and integration test plans.
• Support users during qualification phases.
• Train key/final users.
• Draft client deliverables (specifications, training plans, BR100, etc.).
• Participate in responses to RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, university) and relevant prior experience.• Proven expertise in at least one of the following application modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Purchase Order, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Management Control, Fixed Assets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in team and collaborate with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Openness to share skills and knowledge.
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Oracle ERP data model) is a plus.
